Owner is extremely rude and classless. I wouldn't go there unless you are with a regular, not welcoming to new-comers and not in the least bit interested in keeping you as a customer.
This is one of my favorite bars. Awesome bartenders, great chicken wings, and an awesome sports bar vibe. The Depot district is always a great time, and I think it is a hidden treasure in Lubbock.
