I also had to wait in the lounge for 30 minutes before being addressed by a paralegal who interviewed me and another 20 minutes before seeing the attorney.
Well, everything was okay until we talk to the attorney. She was kinda rude, and tried to get rid of us asap. We did not get any help or new info at all...
Very disorganized. I went to speak to an attorney and paid my fees to see him. He advised me that I needed to obtain fingerprints in order to obtain my husband's immigration records. I asked him multiple times if there was any specific form that these fingerprints have to be on and he advised me that no it did not. After much hassle I brought back fingerprints only to be told that we had done I'm on the incorrect form. The immigration lawyer could have easily had told me if she needs to be on a specific paper but he did not. I'm paying you to advise me on the course of action that I need to do and you don't even have the decency to advise me correctly. Very horrible place.
