We were referred to Bill McNamara after our attorney passed away. We had been in a battle with our son and the mother of his child for over 2 years, involving abuse and neglect with very serious concerns for his safety. With temporary orders in place they were fighting our standing to bring the case, as grandparents we had no rights. After our first meeting with Bill we new he was the right lawyer for us. "This guy knows the law and what he is doing". He is very confident and straight forward. He built our case in a short amount of time and was absolutely awesome when we got to court. We got much more than we had expected from the court and our grandson is much more save today with us having an active role in his life.
