My experience with Mr. Liggett was not only completely professional, but pleasant as well! Mr. Liggett calls himself the, "Heavy Hitter" and for good reason. I was not expecting much in regards to my settlement amount, due to my motor vehicle accident not being as severe as the experience was. There were definitely some injuries sustained, but I didn't have a doctor/specialist that would attest to that, therefore making my case even the more challenging to land favor in my corner. But this didn't stop Mr. Liggett from acquiring the absolute top dollar that any lawyer could have merited. He illustrated genuine concern for my injuries and ongoing doctor's visits and procedures, at a level you wouldn't think one would get from an attorney. Best feature (that I personally felt) about Ted, was that he was just as eager as I was to maximize the settlement amount. In my opinion, that is EXACTLY what you would want in an attorney. I felt as though he befriended me, and I can usually see right through somebody that puts on a fake smile, and pretends to care, but really only cares to gain from one's suffering and despair, and Mr. Liggett was absolutely NOT that kind of attorney. He even instructed me to touch base with him, just as soon as I was back on my feet. I felt completely assured that I could trust every move and decision he made, involving my case.On a personal note, Mr. Liggett had gone above and beyond, on more than one occasion, that truly helped me at a level that I can't express how appreciative and helpful he truly was. Out of respect for Mr. Liggett's privacy and the way he handled my personal affairs within his profession, I will not elaborate on his, more than kind gestures. His kind acts and impressive knowledge of the law is what influenced me to write this blog. I am confident that anyone going through a disheartened experience as a motor vehicle accident, and needs an attorney...Ted Liggett is your guy!!! From tee to green, he will handle your case in all facets with the best end result possible.
I would definitely recommend Ted and his staff to anyone who was injured in a serious accident. They truly cared about what happened to me. When I was hurt in my accident I had no idea what to do, Ted walked me through everything making me feel so comfortable. He noticed when I was confused and/or had questions about a particular topic.
