Avoid a delivery.
On delivery they sent me the worst lumber I had ever gotten. Not even any rating stamps. I lost a day going elsewhere to replace the garbage they sent, lost a day returning the garbage they sent and they didn't even refund the delivery fee. The salesman/estimator is a great guy. The owner was bull headed, vindictive and petty.
This is a "run away, don't walk" company.
Company is OK as long as you hand pick your materials.
If you can buy your lumber elsewhere, I suggest you do it.
