Roten Homes provides options for almost all budgets! Their homes are well built and beautiful! The options they offer their customers are great - the fact they have basic options and so many upgrades is awesome! I've had the pleasure of touring several of these homes and I recommend them whole-heartedly!
Came home today. They cleared all the dead grass and leveled the yard. YEAH. So happy. And I got all new grass. But while they replaced the grass the tractor thing cracked the side walk and again I'm told it's not under warranty. If I buy a new home, i want everything perfect

I love my home. But they installed dead grass. We told Mr. Roten the grass was dead on the walk thru. He said it was just dormant from the winter. The grass is not under the warranty. And comes up in strips. Unless you have the extra money for a land scalper always ask for green grass.
