They are very over priced, when you finally do get a hold of them and somone gets out to your property they dont even inspect it correctly (wrote down false information of things that need fixing). The only one at this office that attempts to help is the Secretary (Tina). We have called them about a million times at this point to get the to fix everything they wrote down during their inspection, yet still they havent come.
