The wait staff is full of thieves. Gave the waitress 40$ to cover a 22$ tab and she comes back with no change. I asked where is my change and she comes back with 30$ and said that was all I gave her. The only regret I have about visiting this establishment is not getting a name of the thieving waitress.
Total dive. Pitchers are dirt cheap. Not a bad atmosphere. Pool tables are coin operated but also cheap. Plenty of friendly patrons.
Always great service. Great food after five. Nice and quite.
This is our regular bar. We've always had great service here and they remember your name. Prices are decent. Always an activity: pool, Golden Tee, trivia and poker.
Terrible service, even worse food. My expectations were low considering we choose to eat at a dive bar, but the food and experience were far below even those shoddy expectations. First off, the staff refused to take our orders for over 15 minutes. We literally waited in front of the kitchen with no one else in-line while the cook just starred at us, knowing that we obviously wanted to eat. That was one of the reasons we came here after all. After finally getting our order in, we went to the pool tables and paid for a game, but apparently, there's only 8 cue balls for the 9 pool tables they have. Even after the bartenders refused to refund us what we had paid for the pool, we waited around that pool table for our food, which took over an hour to arrive. And when our food finally did come, out came three of the saltiest burger any of us had ever eaten. Like seriously, these things must have been coated in a thick layer of ground salt. It was that bad. I've been to Chips three or four times and the beer and food is usually on point, but after my service experience last night, I think it's fair to say I won't be returning any time soon.
