I had an awesome experience here. Everyone was incredibly nice and the slides were super fast with the mats that they have! The pools were very clean and I will definitely come back. It's a very fun and friendly place to cool off in the summer.

Not bad for Lubbock. Haven't been in years. Love all the new stuff. Did not like not being able to bring my own cooler. Should that mention that on your web site.

I got summer passes for myself and my two kids this summer. We were home one day when I get a voicemail from the manager. She accused me of lending my passes to someone else and told me if that happened again, they would have to take our passes. I had my passes at home with me. I called her and told her I had my passes. She said they must have gotten it mixed up...that sometimes that happens. So if that happens, why would you accuse someone without asking first? We will not buy passes next year.

This place needs MAJOR UPKEEP! I am a very able bodied adult and pay attention to what I'm doing and I'm not accident prone. However I went with my family to have a fun day in the water. I went to get a drink and take it back to them and while walking on the walkway I just bit the dust all of a sudden. There is a major depression in the concrete that hasn't been tended to in a LONG TIME! So long it was growing algae. The algae was slick and just by walking across it ON THEIR PATHWAY I slipped and fell and almost broke my foot. Thankfully I am not a little old person that would have broken a hip doing it. My foot has several abrasions and is swollen twice the size it should be. I am not even worried about myself I am just terrified some older person, pregnant lady, or child will fall in that spot and get a broken hip, miscarriage, or head injury. Please don't pay the outrageous prices they charge and just go to the tech leisure pool, sun n fun, or any other swimming pool here in Lubbock. This place is a death trap and it's not even fun with the lazy river being disgusting and not flowing, their two slides that are in desperate need of an upgrade or their "wave pool" that just cuts the bottom of your feet in two feet of water. AWFUL PLACE!

This water park is geared more towards younger kids up to pre-teens. It had two attractions for small children and for others it had a big slide, lazy river and a wave pool. The staff was courteous, polite and professional. If you are looking for a place to take your small children or just relax this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would go all out and attend another water park. But, this isn’t bad place for West Texas.
