This has been the worst experience for my elderly father. When he hadn't received any income return, he inquired about it with Angela's (owner) staff. They just told him that he needs to be patient. So he called the IRS and found out that they had no record of his current tax return. He then explained that to Angela and found out that his preparer "forgot to hit the button to send it electronically." So, he still hasn't recieved his income tax return and Angela refuses to investigate it. I do not recommend using the business for your tax preparations. They are uncaring and seemed to be unqualified. I am cosidering legal action at this point.
Friendly family atmosphere. I was greeted with a smile, good morning, how are you, when I walked in the door. Even from those that have nothing to do with my taxes. The wait is not long, and I notice they treat everyone that walks in the door the same way. Multi-cultural, by-lingual, they make sure the client feels welcome and appreciated. They even took the time to tell me I don't make enough to even file a return. That's sad, but, they gave me a back pack and some homemade hot sauce. Gotta say, that's the best hot sauce, and a very friendly experience. Thank you Angela! I recommend them highly.
I've used Angela Hightower Tax Return for many years. I've always recieved the best customer service. I have received courtesy calls before and after my service every year. Every staff I've ever encountered has been pleasant and professional. Angela is always available to chat, laugh and talk. Her personality shines! Angela makes certain that we are always taken care of by her staff. This year we changed tax preparers. We missed our old preparer this year but Angela personally returned my call when I had concerns about using someone new. She was very understanding and recommended a wonderful replacement for my husband and I. Thank you all for your professional duty. We will continue to do business with you in the future.
Angela Hightower has great staff.. This is The Best Place you can go to get taxes done and if any difficult questions.. They are straight up give you the answer you want to hear.. So I Give it a Thumbs Up

Everyone that is working at AHIS is highly trained to treat every person that walks in there with respect and professionalism. Everyone that does not have a client in front of them will attend to those that are walking in. The person preparing your taxes is focused on the client in front of them to give them their undivided attention. Taking care of a client, promptly, confidentially is what make Angela different from other tax places that are privately owned. She will go to each preparer and client to make sure that the client is taken care of. I don't know of any other owners that are so involved with the process from the time a client enters until they leave. If the client happens to be female and is alone, she will send someone to walk out with them for their safety. Every client walks out with goodies from Angela, one of them being homemade hot sauce and it is the best! Happy customer, long time friend and former employee, Angela will take care of YOU!
